MARCH 2015: Official EA Sport's 2nd Annual MUT Invitational Begins

For all those who are new to the MUT Community, EA Sports' hosts the official MUT Championship at the EA SPORTS Tiburon Studios in Orlando Florida in May. Roster locks and qualifying matches begin end of March!

Check out some pictures of the Tiburon Studios over on the official EA Sports website. Certainly looks like a cool place to work or play some Madden at.

The tournament is open to players on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation3, and PlayStation 4. Entrants must submit a form to be considered for a place in the tournament. The online MUT Top 1000 Leader Board is separate from the MUT Invitational.

Here is the schedule from the the 2014 MUT Invitational.

MARCH 24: Online Registration Opens @ 9:00 a.m. PST

MARCH 31: Online Registration Closes @ 9:00 p.m. PST

"Participants will be selected based on a combined total of coins earned through 9:00 p.m. PST on MARCH 31, games won/lost, average points for/against, and percentage of games not finished to completion. Limit: one try per person and/or email address. Eligible Tournament participants will be notified of their acceptance by an email sent to the email address specified on the entry form within 1 week before the Tournament date, or within 24 hours before Tournament play begins."

APRIL 6: Qualifying Rounds For Each Platform Begin

APRIL 15: Qualifying Rounds For Each Platform Ends

MAY 8: Finals For Each Platform Begins (Orlando, FL)

MAY 9: Finals For Each Platform Ends (Orlando, FL)

You may want to start saving up for that Ultimate Legend 99 Michael Vick card or consider a backfield with two Bo Jackson's because the competition will be fierce. The good news is that it is open to everyone!
